Refund Policy

We offer a 30-day return policy, meaning you have 30 days from receiving your item to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, in its original condition, with all tags and packaging intact. A receipt or proof of purchase is required.

Damages & Issues

Please inspect your order upon arrival. If your item is damaged, defective, or incorrect, contact us immediately so we can resolve the issue.

Non-Returnable Items

Certain items cannot be returned:

  • Customized or personalized items
  • Sale items & gift cards
  • Hazardous materials (flammable liquids, gases, etc.)

Exchanges

To exchange an item, please return the original item first. Once your return is approved, you can purchase a new item separately.

Refunds

We will notify you once your return is received and inspected. If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method. Please allow some time for your bank or credit card company to complete the transaction.
